Use of the Website, including placing an order, constitutes the user's agreement to these Terms.
The use of masculine language in these Terms is for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.
Every order placed on the Website constitutes the customer's declaration that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and the Company.

The Website enables convenient, easy and secure online purchase of various products.
Products may be purchased at any time, subject to stock availability.
All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT at a rate of 18%.
The Company reserves the right to:

  • Discontinue operation of the Website at any time.

  • Change prices and promotions without prior notice.

  • Limit or deny access to purchases on the Website at its discretion.

A purchase may be made on the Website by any person who is:

  • Over 18 years of age.

  • Legally competent.

  • In possession of a valid credit card issued in Israel.

 

Cancellation and Returns Policy

The policy regarding transaction cancellation and product returns is in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Right of cancellation and return: A customer may cancel a transaction and return a product within 30 days of receiving it, whether the product is in proper condition or defective.
Condition for return: The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use.
Method of return: The return will be made by mail. The customer is responsible for packing the product properly and sending it back at their own expense.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund: The refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
Product exchanges: An exchange may be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation before shipment: An order may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost: ₪35
Orders from ₪250 – free shipping.
The shipping cost listed on the website applies to standard orders. For custom orders and/or orders containing a large number of units, the shipping cost may vary. In such cases, we will contact you before preparing the order to discuss and agree on the updated shipping cost.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Central region: 1-5 business days

  • Remote areas: up to 7 business days

Delivery will be made to the address provided when the order was placed.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, shipping-company delays or circumstances beyond its control.
If the delivery company is unable to contact the customer after several attempts, the shipment will be returned to the business and handled in accordance with Company policy.

Product Warranty

Products are covered by warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Defects that prevent normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use.

  • Changes in color or shape caused by sun exposure or improper storage.

  • Breakage or damage occurring after delivery of the product.

The warranty is valid only for a customer holding original proof of purchase from the store or Website.
In the event of a defective product, the exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement of the product.
The Company's total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
