Introduction

Welcome to www.fromeden.co.il  (the "Website"), operated by Eden Gifts & Souvenirs. Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the terms and restrictions set out in these Terms.  
The use of masculine language in these Terms is for convenience only, and the Terms apply equally to all genders. Every order placed on the Website constitutes the customer's declaration that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and the Company.

 

Services

The Website allows customers to purchase various products online conveniently, easily and securely. Products may be purchased at any time while stocks last. All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law.  
The Company reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time and to deny the right to purchase on the Website at its discretion.  
Products may be purchased on the Website by any person over 18 years of age who has legal capacity and owns or holds a valid credit card issued and honored in Israel by one of the authorized credit card companies in Israel (the "Credit Card").

 

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges Policy

The policy regarding transaction cancellation and product returns is in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Right of cancellation and return: A customer may cancel a transaction and return a product within 30 days of receiving it, whether the product is in proper condition or defective.
Condition for return: The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use.
Method of return: The return will be made by mail. A return form is included in the package at shipment.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund: The refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
Product exchanges: An exchange may be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to stock availability.
Cancellation before shipment: An order may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs ₪35. Orders over ₪299 receive free shipping.  
Delivery time in central Israel is 1-5 business days, and up to 7 business days for remote areas.  
The Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.  
Delivery will be made to the address provided at purchase.  
If the delivery company is unable to reach the customer after several attempts, the shipment will be returned to the business and handled according to Company policy.

Warranty and Service

The product warranty covers material defects in the product itself and/or its operation.
If the product requires repair or service at the Company's workshop, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer, or the product may be delivered personally to the Company's offices at 52 Weizmann St., Yehud-Monosson.

Warranty period - 30 days from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Defects that prevent the product from being used for its intended purpose or cause it to operate incorrectly.

What the warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use.

• Changes in product color or shape resulting from prolonged storage or exposure to direct sunlight.​

The warranty is valid only for a customer holding original proof of purchase and only if the purchase was made through the store or sales website www.fromeden.co.il.

The Company reserves the right to require the customer to prove that they are the original purchaser of the product.

The exclusive remedy for a defective product covered by warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. The Company's total liability in relation to any defective product will in no event exceed the product's purchase price.

The warranty does not apply where the defect results from incorrect operation, use of oils incompatible with the device, or breakage.
The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or misuse of the product, including incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. Responsibility for loss, damage or injury to the person and/or property of the customer or third parties resulting from use or non-use of the product rests with the customer, except where it is determined that the damage was caused by the Company's sole negligence.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of information provided by customers. Information will not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without the customer's consent.

 

Intellectual Property

All rights to the content and design of the Website belong to Eden Gifts & Souvenirs. The information may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without the Company's prior written permission.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions made on the Website shall be governed by Israeli law and lie with the competent court in the Gush Dan area.
